A shortlist that keeps its sources.
A ten-record research directory for reviewing US product suppliers, with official website links, published locations, and explicit contact limitations.
The brief and my role
Create a small supplier directory an administrator can inspect and maintain. I researched public company information, organized the records, recorded source links and location types, prepared the Sheet, and checked its imported values and controls.
Tools used in the underlying project: official websites, Google Sheets, CSV/JSON, JavaScript workbook preparation, and Python verification. The screenshots below show the actual workbook from the October 27, 2026 review.
Decisions that matter
- One published location per supplier, with its purpose recorded.
- Unsupported emails remain blank instead of being guessed.
- Indexed-source records stay distinct from directly retrieved pages.
- Supplier research is separate from purchasing history and client relationships.

Checks, results, and limits
The saved snapshot contains ten records and addresses, seven published emails, three unresolved emails, eight direct-page records, two indexed-source records, zero required-field issues, and zero duplicate supplier rows.
The documented earlier native review reported 408 formulas scanned without formula errors and exercised supplier selection and filtering. That historical review is distinct from the current saved-data check.
Mouser and Jameco need another direct-source check. Jameco, Adafruit, and Grainger need contact follow-up. No email delivery, time savings, revenue, or purchasing result was measured.
